Uncle Bud’s, a leading distributor of CBD and hemp products, has acquired the services of national hockey league star Seth Jones. The ice hockey defender will be the new brand ambassador. This is according to a statement by the company released on Thursday this week.
The Thursday statement says that Seth agreed to join the CBD seller to democratize the therapeutic value of hemp-derived cannabinoids.
According to Garrett Greller, the co-founder of the UK Los Angeles company, they have been watching Seth ever since joining the National Hockey league. He goes on to praise the Hockey man for his qualifications as the company’s perfect match. He said that Seth is a changemaker, and being more than a companion, he commits to the greater good.
Seth praised Uncle Bud’s collaboration as he appreciated the originality in the synergy between himself and the CBD brand. He added that he was excited about what he will be able to do in his new partnership.
Seth Jones is the son of former NBA star Ronald” Popeye” Jones. He currently plies his trade with the Columbus Blue Jackets. Despite being just 25 years old, Seth is already enjoying a peak career with multiple awards and honors. He is the current holder of the most time on the ice by a defenseman in a single playoff match. He clinched the record last month.
Uncle Bud’s sells over 70 hemp extract-based products and reaches an impressive 15000 retailers countrywide. Notably, the brand has partnered with other great sports personalities. They include NBA Lakers star Earvin “Magic” Johnson, Jane Fonda, an Academy Award Winner. The company has also worked with Grammy Awards winner Tony Raxton to endorse it.
